Insurance & Financials

We have developed convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you.   Our office is proud to offer the Citi Health Care card, which allows you to begin treatment immediately even if finances are an issue.  You can fill out an application for the Citi Health Care card in comfort of our office, or in the privacy of your own home.  Please contact the office for more information. 

We accept most insurance plans and are Preferred Providers for Delta, Cigna and Metlife insurances.  Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental care. 

Most plans include coinsurance, deductibles, and other expenses which are ultimately the patient's responsibility. If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you, and we will make sure that you receive the maximum benefits your policy provides. Financial arrangements can be coordinated with your dental insurance benefits. We also accept All major credit cards for your convenience.
